Molding Processes

Our Sand Foundry has three different molding processes which produce parts from less than a pound to 800 pounds, in small to medium runs.

Maximum Dimensions

Maximum dimensions in green sand casting are 46x76x24.

Materials

300 Series alloys. Our primary alloy is A356, although we have the ability to pour a range of others upon request.
